We buy local produce, meat and fish from local day boats which is fresh, of the highest quality and very low in food miles. We have an expanding kitchen garden in which we grow herbs, salads and our own vegetables.
We always ensure that we offer a good selection of fresh North Coast fish and seafood, trying to ensure that the species we use are not from threatened or depleted fish stocks.
Our meat is from an award-winning supplier who is passionate about promoting traditional breeds and animal welfare.
Cleanliness and hygiene are of utmost importance and the kitchens were recently awarded a 5 star award for food hygiene.
