Booking
Conditions and Information
1.
Booking Please call 01598 763368 to make a booking.
We require a deposit of £40 per person and accept Visa,
MasterCard, JCB, Delta, Electron, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
A booking will be regarded as firm when we have received your
deposit and issued a confirmation.
2. Amendment Terms may be amended without
notice before booking.
3.
Special requests Requests for special diets etc must
be made at the time of booking and we cannot guarantee your
wishes will be met.
4.
Restrictions The hotel is completely non-smoking
and we do not accept children under 14 years of age.
5.
Cancellation If you have to cancel your booking,
please notify us as soon as possible so we can try to re-let
the accommodation. The deposit is non-returnable and you will
have to pay cancellation charges on the total holiday cost
up to the maximum shown below. Please consider taking out
holiday insurance (details on request).

6.
Payment of balance Accounts must be settled in full
before departure. We accept most credit and debit cards (see
clause 1) and cheques by prior arrangement.
7.
Car parking Cars are parked at owners’ risk
with one space allocated per room.
8.
Check in and check out Check in is from 2pm and please
let us know if you are going to arrive after 6pm. Latest check
in is 7pm for half board and 10pm for bed and breakfast. Bedrooms
must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
9.
Meal times Afternoon tea is served between 4 and
5pm. Dinner is at a specified time from 7.30pm: the menu is
available from 8.30am. Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.30am. In the event
of late or non-arrival meals will be charged in full.
10.
Bedrooms There are nine bedrooms including two on
the ground floor. Each room has en suite facilities including
bath or shower, fresh flowers, fruit, tea/coffee tray with
biscuits, television, radio/alarm and hairdryer.
The Heddon Suite is extra large with super-king double
bed and views of the 11th century church and distant coast.
