Directions
There are a number of routes to get to us – the coastal A39 from Minehead has fabulous scenery but is a very slow road and will add at least 45 minutes to your journey. The fastest (although not most direct route) is as follows:
- Leave M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton)
- From roundabout Take A 361 North signed Barnstaple
- Follow A361 for aprox 20 miles to South Molton
- North of South Molton at roundabout, turn right onto A399 – signed Ilfracombe
- Take A399 for aprox 10 miles to Blackmore Gate
- Turn Right onto A39 – signed Lynton & Lynmouth
- Pass 2 Parracombe turnings on your left
- After aprox 3 miles turn left just past Woody Bay Station (Our local heritage railway) signposted to Martinhoe and Woody Bay
- Straight on through crossroads (1 mile aprox)
- Turn left at T junction (0.5 miles) – the sea will be straight in front of you
- Turn left into Martinhoe – we are the first building on the right, next door to the church
