We always try and encourage our guests to support local producers and service to experience the true flavour of what North Devon and Exmoor has to offer. Our meat is from local farms, our fish is landed on the North Devon Coast, mainly through small day boats and our free range egss are produced by Claire on a local farm at Blackmoor Gate.
Avoid using the car, if only for the day. There are lots of stunning coastal or countryside walks which start directly from the hotel. Please ask Reception for suggestions and maps. At the Old Rectory we have Electric Vehicle charging points forour guests’ use.
