- I/we are currently NOT displaying any covid symptoms such as a high temperature (37.8 or higher), persistent cough or a loss or change to your sense of taste or smell
- I/we have NOT been in contact with anybody with covid-19 within the last 14 days
- I have answered all questions relating to my and my party’s potential exposure to Covid-19 and I am not currently symptomatic, nor self isolating, nor living with anyone who is self isolating nor have I been in contact with anyone who is or is suspected of having Covid-19
- I understand that there is a potential risk of transmission of Covid-19 as a result of staying at The Hotel
- I/ We agree that we will stay at the hotel and follow the new operating procedures put in place to keep all guests and staff safe
- I / We agree to submit to a non contact infra-red temporal artery temperature test at the time of arrival and from time to time throughout our stay. Persons with a temperature of 37.8 centigrade or greater will not be able to enter or stay at The Hotel
- I/ We confirm that if any of our party develop symptoms of Covid-19 we will immediately self isolate and return home as soon as possible. If we have to remain in isolation at the Hotel for up to 14 days, we recognise that this will be chargeable to my room account.
